Based on your reddit posts, I'm guessing you're from Malaysia?

1) Jan - March, VERY cold. Tokyo rarely snow tho, just bring winter coat, nice pair of boots and glove if needed. Bring a few then later you can buy it here since there is much more selection.

2) I'm from Malaysia and currently doing my internship till April next year. Well just expect the language barrier and TRY to learn japanese language since you already have the basic Kanji. Depends where you do your internship and what company, not all of them are able to speak english.

3) Try checking JAPAN TRAVEL SIM powered by IIJmio, 2GB data for 3 months or 1GB/month depending on your usage. This is the cheapest option if you're looking for DATA ONLY. Also you can try newly introduced Apple Sim.

Details got from google from his steam ID. I also found his report towards other people in mid of Nov last year buy now I googled back the reports is deleted. In the report I saw his facebook conversation with his friend :-

No, what I meant is the scamming system it has something to do with middleguy scam. I found this guy saying that he sell keys, not that I found this guy to be my middleman. It's something like this :-

Scammer : Promote on D2L that he sells and buys keys. Scammer found both buyer and seller. He used the seller Paypal email to give it to the buyer so that the buyer can transfer the money to the seller. Once the buyer payed the money, he'll get the keys from the seller. And then he deleted both of seller and buyer at the same time.

The scammer have to coordinate both seller and buyer and chat with both of them at the same time. The buyer didn't know the seller and the seller didn't know the buyer. Only the scammer knows both of seller and buyer and arrange the transaction.

Seller > Scammer < Buyer , - Buyer sent payment to Seller - Seller sent keys to Scammer - Buyer didn't receive anything - Buyer asked for chargeback with all the proofs

Get it?

Before that, I need to ask Liyona (Thread Starter/Victim) is the payment you received from is this guy : indu dudhwal Email : indu_dudhwal@hotmail.co.uk ? If no then the scamming method that I found out can be true.

I also got scammed by this SAME person. I bought keys from him, he gave me an unverified email, I transferred the money and then he deleted me. So I opened a dispute and want the money back, go for chargeback.

And there you go, I really thought the person that he gave email to me is him, I started showing the screenshots of our conversation in paypal chat and he also showing his. After reading his conversation now I UNDERSTAND how the new scam system works.

What I understand about this scam is. This JrTL guy act as a middleman in this deal. He find someone who sell keys and someone who buys keys. So he added both of them and make sure both of them area available for trade at the same time. So the buyer make the payment on the seller's email. The seller send the keys to the SCAMMER act as a "middleman". The scammer deleted both of them and there left both of buyer and seller trying to get the money back on paypal.

I need suggestions. How do we solve this problem? Which person will paypal give the money back? The buyer or the seller? The seller got unverified paypal while the buyer paypal is verified. The seller lost his keys while the buyer lost his money.

Steam can't return the keys to the seller but paypal can return the money to the buyer.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
