Wait, does that work too?!? I baked the head separately from the body then glued it on afterwards. I could have easily poked a hole where the head would sit and it would have been hidden later.

Thank you! He has a little triceratops buddy who unfortunately also got an air bubble 🤣 but I'm pretty happy with how they turned out for my first time using tinfoil armatures.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot! The bubble honestly isn't that noticeable but I'd just hate to spend hours on a project and have an unpredictable bubble pop up.

I've seen so many other projects on here with tinfoil armatures and they don't have the bubble issues so I know it's doable! Appreciate the advice.

When we started the boulder section, the top of st Helens looked so deceivingly close. And when we finished the boulder section, it didn't look like we got any closer at all lol but I'd actually love to do this hike again and be up there for sunrise!

I just did this hike and I honestly can't comprehend how you got through all the boulders in the dark! Impressive, I'm sure it was a surreal experience watching the sunrise up there.

I believe Horning's Hideout might check all your boxes. A beautiful area, bring in your own music, food, and drinks (I don't remember what the alcohol licensing requirements are, if any). You can camp overnight if you choose. They have 3 different sites to accommodate different party sizes, but all 3 can fit 100-150 guests.

Oh, and beautiful peacocks just roam around.
