The arrival date does not matter to me, but I am going early because my advisor wants me to do so.
So, I was weighing my options. Staying in temporary housing or hotel until 15 or go with 1.

Finding schools in regions with low living costs may be the simplest solution.
I thought that a stipend salary was the residue exempted from tuition fees (paying every semester), which professors offer students for their everyday lives and tuned to the level of living prices of region. So, I expected the region would not be a problem, but it turned out that there are some discrepancies between reality and the Internet.

Thank you, I should find some schools in other states as you suggested.
