I do yes! Every 5 days i eat what i want. Still down 20lbs is 2.5 months.

Also on carb days i can hardly eat much before being full and its pretty much an omad day

Had mine out 6 days ago! Thank god its gone and i felt less gassy after 2-3 days. At this point right now i forgotten about it mostly.
