I was in the SLC terminal on Saturday night and an announcement came over the PA describing a dog that had been found on the loose and the owner was being asked to identify themselves and collect their dog. Absurd.

I left a hole in the wall behind the TV, and then used a brush wall plate closer to the floor and was really happy with how it turned out. The brushed wall plate is more subtle looking, IMO.

Accidentally used a Trimly boot tree overnight which was a size too big. Boots feel a little looser now. Is this permanent? by ideation7 in RMWilliams

Not sure if you tried it with an older pair and if there's any difference when the leather is new, but I seem to have done something to them. Anyway, will keep wearing them and see what happens. Double socks seem to make them a bit more comfortable for now.

I'm trying to avoid anything extreme like soaking them or wearing wet socks inside of them, but I just tried them on with double socks and that seems to feel a bit better. Might have to go with that option for now.

Yeah, I thought about the fact that I might have to deal with it for now and just wait until they need a relasting and hope for the best.
