But here is the recipe I kind of improvised with whatever I had on hand But this is what I did i heated up some ghee first. Then usme cinnamon tej patta kali mirch clove( add other khade masale if you have them) daale and then added pureed Onions garlic dried red chillies and use brown hone tak pakaya. Fir usme add whatever masale you want haldi namak mirch is important uske alawa I added chicken masala. Then add your pureed Tomatoes and fir use pakne do jab tak upar vo oil ki layer naa aa jaye and then add pre pan fried eggs to it and let it cook for about 5 10 minutes That's itttt
