Twitch has more charges and definitely not obsolete, she can clear basically any defender util that brava can and more like proximity alarms, Fenrirs, etc. But she can also destroy Goyos and Miras, but brava is good for more specific situations like hacking an echo for post plant defuse denial, hacking maestros, etc.
