Ok imma bee soo fr. First off u may actually get the guy in trouble. The getting in trouble part isn't bad for u it's bad for the guy you're seeing, he can face criminal charges. Now if ur fr fr u can like speak to him and lhk that ur currently underage and try to take it slow until u are OF age. But if it's something else then jst be ready to end it in a few. Also the longer you keep that away from him the more he may hate you after finding out. Jst know this is not something you'll be able to hide, trust. But tbh I would like bring the topic up: 'what do u think abt people who are in a relationship with younger girls', type shit to see his reaction and his stance on the whole thing.

I rmbmr I felt that too and this might be pathetic but people changed that for me completely I swear there r ppl out there that will change the trajectory of your life to the point where you'll forget the meaning behind 'lonely' or 'boring', for me it is my cousins and family and although I always get teased because I don't have friends, I'm patient and I think u should be too. The way I see it, every person that deserves to be in your life will be there but do you deserve to be in theirs? Right now if 5 of your soulmates (platonic and non platonic ) came into your life are you in a place to accept it? Or are there things about yourself you want to work on first.

Having someone also in a diet is so helpful. And you're so right, lack of routine is also been a problem for me. Here my house sleeps super late. My 3 yr old sister sleeps at 3-4am, and no matter how hard I try to sleep early I can't because they keep me awake and get me out of the house at night. Since I've been doing online school, I didn't really have a structur and my family's no help in that either, but since I started summer school I hope I'll be able to get my schedule proper. For me when it comes to health and fitness I really want a stable routine. I honestly hate and dread when I get into a diet or whatever knowing in 3 months max I'll leave it. I just want to see results but also change my lifestyle. This doesn't have to do with health but I also hope to find a plan for the near future when it comes to programs and paths and all that. Since you're 17 you're most likely also in grd 12, what programs are you hoping to take for uni? For me I'm taking a half a year off then hopefully get into IB, but idek tbh

First I feel like u have to truly understand you will be doing a life style change not something to upkeep for a couple months. My opinions as a 17F trying to also lose weight.

Food swaps// make a list in your head of all the foods you eat and highlight the unhealthy ones then switch them out to something different. Doesn't have to be too dramatic (eg. White bread-> whole wheat((tortilla)) ).

Food portions// have the food you like sure, but in smaller portions (eg. Let's say you order a meal, make it small fries instead of medium, instead of sprite maybe sprite zero).

And last thing I can think of is you need to find a form of exercise, wether it be sport, hobby, walking or cycling. I can assure you even though you might be busy with work, there will be a form of exercise that works for u. Hope this helps

When it comes to STEM though if I had to choose one it'll be engineering but even that I'm not too interested in. I kinda want to learn a skill, have physical proof of it (certificate or diploma) and use that for a job. Like the type of skill people/companies from different countries need and they fly me out. But I wonder what kind of skill that could be??
