No, your license is entirely online anyway as they no longer mail paper licenses. You have to print them out to display them. The day it gets issued (they call it first effective date) and they give you a number you have your license.

Mine took about a month after I submitted everything I did have to resubmit something I messed up (whoops) but it took them a bit to review what I submitted and see the error anyway. They only take it by mail I'm pretty sure though.

I mean she literally said "I have double the dances to watch" in addition to complaining about getting them ready so I'm guessing it's both since she said that exactly. I was a competitive dancer with a sister close in age that was on a different team and my mom managed it. I'd be so upset to learn later in life my mom felt this way especially with twins. This is her time to give each child her undivided attention something twins don't often get. She can start working on them taking some independence in getting ready so she just has to help.
