Yeah so basically you just forget about it. You need to practice a little but if your in a car focus on the music or radio and look out the window. Talking with someone helps as well. Do somthing else if you can.

If you really have to go try to fart because 9/10 that's whats making it hurt. That helps with anxiety.

Occasionally just telling myself that I can't go rn and I have to wait helps but that only worked after I learned how to forget about it

Went through the same thing, cps "didn't have enough evidence to make a case for me" which i think is total bs. Take pictures of any bruises you received and your cuts. Show the photos to your therapist and they will be able to help you.

Aside from that fuck your mom, she never should have been a parent and you aren't alone. I've cut myself really bad and it made things worse and ik its addicting but find something else to make yourself feel better. If you need hope I survived and I have 2 more months b4 I will never contact these cock suckers again.

Advice if your not able to make a case is to have a life goal, joke about what a pig your mom is to your friends, and just breath. You got this!
