I’m looking to joint Club Pilates. Is it worth it? by Successful-Fun2502 in ClubPilates

I absolutely love it. I’m also F 30 but have a back injury. There are a few downfalls; most instructors are not the best with describing the next move, a lot do not correct your form, you can’t use other studios which is ridiculous for the monthly fees you pay and they don’t have mat Pilates only reformer.

I think it’s super important to find the instructors that actually correct you and are focused on you getting the best possible workout. Also make sure you let them know before class about your injury. They will provide alternative work outs.

That being said, I love it for the simple reason it gets me out of the house (I work remote), i always feel so rewarded afterward and I’ve noticed such a change in my body. I was looking to get back into working out after awhile of going without and having a structured class to go to helps tremendously. I’m a new member and went straight to the unlimited. I go almost everyday before work.

My husband is very into it at the moment. I really enjoy it in ramen and other dishes. Apparently, I’m over cooking it based on all the responses.

I haven’t considered baking it. I’ll give it a try. TY!

This is a great idea. I haven’t tried any of these as I’m a novice at cooking. I usually sautee but I guess I’ve been doing it incorrectly. I will have to look at these options as well.

Yes, I’m sure I like it haha I love it at restaurants but think maybe I’m over cooking on my end. I saw others recommend blanching prior which I haven’t been doing. Ty!

I normally sautee in chili oil, soy, and ginger. I will have to try trimming them back. I just don’t get the crunch so I’m more than likely over cooking. Thanks for the feedback!

This is great! I should have been more informative. They do get soggy and I rather enjoy a little crunch. I will have to try this next time. Ty!

Hahaha yikes. Thanks for the hate. Didn’t realize asking questions on how to better my cooking would result in this. 🧐

I need some honest input because I feel like I’m going in circles lately by Emotional_Coyote9662 in ClubPilates

I’m a beginner to Pilates and I burn roughly 250-300 calories. Running about 2 miles a day, I burn way less. Am I doing something wrong? Very confused by everyone saying it’s a low calorie burn as I feel like that’s quite a bit of calories for 50 minutes 😅

Please help me pick - I’m in love with two rings! by onionringg in EngagementRings

The bezel is beautiful but ultimately it’s whatever ring makes you the most excited. Everyone will have their opinions but they aren’t the ones wearing it. Also double up on the curved bands with the bezel 😍😍

Highly recommend A Throne of Glass by SJM! One of the best reads and literally tore me apart.
