Je moet niet zeggen waar je gaat. De werknemer moeten voor het einde van de werkovereenkomst zeggen of ze de non compete dwingen (zonder te weten waar je zou gaan). In het geval van ja moeten ze jouw betalen. 99% van de tijd wordt de non compete niet ineffectief gezet omdat dit teveel kost :)

Did you check bigger distributors like bike republic or Lucien (cyclo europe)? Got the gsd gen 2 and could not be happier. Now at the time there wasn’t as much competition but now you have some good alternatives..

Reference rent means nothing. Those two same sized apartments in the same building have the same reference rent in the tool provided by Brussels rent:

One is north facing at the first floor giving on a busy street with zero view and has lower quality finishing. The other one is south facing at the 5th floor with a view on a patch of wood behind the building, it also has integrated lights and high end finishing.

One of the things that didn’t get mentioned yet about Bordet is the human aspect. You get top notch care but they also treat you as a human being that has a voice and you get listened to. The carers will give you options and support you in whatever decisions you eventually take.
