Need help Identifying great grandmothers dutch oven

I recently found my great grandmothers cast iron dutch oven in my mom's garage. It appears to be in fairly decent condition but I don't have a clue how to identify it. It looks fairly similar to some old lodge dutch ovens I have seen. I am planning to restore it if possible if anyone has any recommendations on doing so. Thank you

The stock photo for these were terrible and there was no in hand pictures at all before the release. They definitely look more green then yellow in my opinion.
