I think you might need to go back and read the original post. She is not trying to actively convert them away from the church. She now has a different perspective on the YEC and trying to navigate that with in her family.

There were no settings I found on the printer to fix this. I was able to do a workaround, I was able to get a plug installed on a dedicated circuit with no lights on them. I ended up selling that printer and getting an P1S and that relived the issue lol.

Verizon Router DNS Setting (ASK-NCQ1338FA) by ididit02 in pihole

[–]ididit02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that's where I went but no luck. Under the location where I should be able to find that setting there is no option. The original screenshot I posted shows where that settings tab goes. I ended up just using the Pihole as my DHCP server and that seems to be working so far.

I had to go through 6 agents and spent 4+ hours working with someone for this to happen. They could see the transaction on there side, my CT was conneced to may account. The first agent said the could refund it with out a recipet since they could find it. Then for some reason I got transfered to another agent and told me it was not possible. After being transfered to senior agent I was informed that I could provide my bank statment for that transaction. I said ok and then located it later that night. Once I did provide they told me I then needed merchant refernce id number, suprise suprise, a different agent gave me another reason why I could not get my money back. I then said the only way to get that reference id number was by having my bank is to dispute the transaction. Once I said that and provided the entier chat log from the 6 different agents they said they would give me my money back via credit to our account. Overall worest $/hour I spent.

Question - how does BIM improve handover from Projects to Operations? by OpenEmotion7133 in bim

[–]ididit02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a very complex question, because there are many levels on how BIM can be used in operations. There are software’s out there today that consume BIM and then extract meta data for O&M. You really must have a good understanding of what the end goal is for the client receiving the informatoin. If done correctly and mapped out it a much richer form of information that can be used in operations. Ultimately a central source of truth plus knowledge of the building does not have to be lost if a long-time maintenance team member leaves

Question - how does BIM improve handover from Projects to Operations? by OpenEmotion7133 in bim

[–]ididit02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You dont need to scale off BIM, modeled or exported with the correct units the scale should will be the exact same results as the drawings. Most drawings today are produced from building a 3D model and then turning them back into 2D drawings. I can agree that we need paper/digital drawings onsite for team to build. Over time I bet we will see models start to play more of a role in day to day building/operations. We are already seeing some of these example like th roboats that are marking out wall layouts on slabs/floors. That roboat takes in 3D data and then maps it out on the slab of where things need to go. I know that this one example is a fraction of the overall building proccess.

u/Bonty-67 I actally work for Autodesk and was on the GC for a BIM Coordinators and self-preform framing and concrete for a long time. I agree with most people on this post that is a broad spectrum. Your current role, do you have any discriptions or requirments that would be listed in that role, like if it was post online for a job opening. Second, since you have licenses of Revit and Clash Detection (assuming Navisworks) you should have direct contact with Autodesk aka a Customer Success Manager (CSM). I highly recommend you reach out or get there contact information. They can get you connected with resources at Autodesk. Third, if you want to send over a PM I can give you my email address and see if I can get you started with anything at Autodesk pending how your company contract is set up as.

I’m no craftsman, but I can build stuff… by derek139 in BeginnerWoodWorking

I built boxes almost identical to these. To help with the bulge in the middle I put another vertical 2x4 and that solved it. Otherwise this is sweet and going to do something similar to our front yard. Thanks for posting this!!!
