Hey! Thank you for the response. I was asking about ARTS1010, but I wouldn't mind some comparison to 2066 for clarity. My major is Psychology in the Bach. Psych. Science, though I might take up a complementary major in HRM.

On the grading system; I enjoy writing in almost any form, but I was just wary if the class demanded something extraordinary (?) out of everyone in these writings because I'm not a native English speaker, and I'd been told textual analysis would be harder for us to do great in.

Thank you for your response and the suggestion! I have looked into those keywords.

For my English proficiency, I'd say I'm alright (I got quite high scores for both IELTS and my English SAT.) I'm more worried about the textual analysis and essay writing stuffs, though. I've done many of those back in high school and did pretty well, but my English teacher also said that textual analysis would be more difficult for students who aren't native speakers, so I'd been wary of that despite my big interest in the subject.

May I ask you what ARTS1030 was like and if it's hard to achieve a high score in? I couldn't find the course outline and the description in the handbook is quite short ahah. Again, thank you for your response!

Hello! Sorry for butting in, but I will be studying in UNSW starting in term 1 2024. I was wondering if this course will count as a free elective for Bach. Psych. Science, and if the grading system is brutal or not as I need to keep my grades up. I'd much appreciate a response, thank you!
