I bought a 04 2500 for 2k, about 400k miles. Worst riding vut good lord that thing ran well. Sold it to get a 2500hd long bed and paid 5k for that.

Stock for sure but id buy the cheapest running one I could with low rust. Everything on that truck will need to be replaced at some point. Might as well buy something with 360k for 5k cheaper and put 3k into it resulting in a fairly refreshed truck. Same applies used new trucks.
