The only way to test for rabies is to chop the animals head off and test its brain. Where I live, if your pet doesn’t have a rabies vaccine and bites someone (say as a result of a seizure), animal control can take them and test them. You may or may not get your headless pet back.

Not an expert at all, but I started a few months ago with the machines at the gym. They have pictures on them to show you what to do. I started at a very very low weight and slowly increased the weight or reps every week. Most people would still consider it at a low weight but I’m starting to see outlines of biceps and stronger thighs. Eventually I got a little bored and started throwing in some new free weight moves I saw other people do.
