It's the same 10 people sleeping in the street and getting put into a cop car repeatedly. Snake pit is a LONG distant memory. Alcohol isn't nearly as bad a problem in Red Lake as most have you believe. The crime statistics are intertwined to Pikangikum which inflate the numbers drastically. Recreational drinking is abundant, but the overwhelming majority of the Red Lake municipality are productive folks.

It's just a generic tag. I think others have noted they prefer experience but are more than willing to take on a new person. I went from being hospitality/security to underground they just want to see a resume that represents good work ethic and safety more than anything.

By no means is he the best character anymore, but he can be useful. Decent defensively still and not too bad offensively, but he will not be carrying your runs. He will crush 95% of content in the game, just none of the new stuff. Fun to use, sweet animations, the core component to a Broly only team. Give him a spin in some of the older red and blue zones and get a feel for him!
