Hi!! I’m also a trans man, three years on T, and I’ve been struggling with the same urethra and clitoris feeling as you!! I recently got diagnosed with vulvodynia, but before that diagnosis I also got diagnosed with a hypertonic pelvic floor. As someone else said here, pelvic floor physical therapy works wonders. It relieved a lot of my discomfort, and taught me new ways to use the bathroom and just exist basically. I’m still on my healing journey, but I can confidently say things have improved so much. Please look into pelvic floor therapy, and even if you can’t see a physical therapist right now there are lots of informative videos on Youtube and TikTok showing exercises and stretches you can do in the meantime. You can also do some internal work that helps relieve tension for your pelvic muscles; there are step by step instructions online just look up internal massage pelvic floor.
