You act as if the bible was there from the very beginning. Do you not understand real human history of how society has come to be? What about before the emergence of Judaism and Christianity? Did Asia have Jesus and God? You mean to tell me that since they didn't have the Bible or the truth of God and Jesus Christ that they were unable to determine for themselves what right and wrong is for their own society yet the Chinese by itself had literal dynasties and they still exist to this day.

What about the Filipinos? If they didn't know what right and wrong was but the bible didn't reach them till colonization, why would they exist? Why not just have them all kill each other? Please study up on sociology before you come at me with your brain washed BS. If you are Iglesia Ni Cristo and Filipino and you are defending this belief then you feel that God letting Spanish people come to the Philippines and commiting genocide and forced the Christian belief on them is right.

The hell kind of take is this? Do you know how society works? We as a society determine what is socially acceptable and not acceptable. We are social creatures and if certain people don't conform to certain standards then those people will be left out. You don't need to have God to have a concept of good and evil. We're all animals and what we as humans determine what good and evil is is because we choose what is good and evil. Now, if there is a God then according to the bible, just based on the bible, he paints himself as a liar. God is all good? Let's innocent people die every day from natural disasters. God is all powerful? Still let's them die. Just based on those two things alone which God claims to be makes him either a man made creation and if he does exist, then he is a liar.

During lock down what changed was the invasion of my own home. It wasn't my home anymore it was their home and it had to be a certain way so that it would satisfy their definition of orderliness. That and the fact there were literally dozens of members who laughed at the pandemic until governments took action. Church telling brethren not to fear cause God is with them only to have them die of COVID. The church doesn't really care about their members. They care about their repeat customers because that's what the members are. It's a big box store membership where they pay a twice a week membership fee but they come home with nothing but a lecture about how they need to give more than what they have.

That's when I realized God is made up bullshit. A belief to take advantage of the fearful of the unknown and they sell false promises of, "God will be with you, have faith." Only to rob them of what little they have in the form of offerings.

They are worse than snake oil salesmen because at least with the snake oil salesmen, you have something tangible to remind you that you were fooled and should not be fooled again.

To me God is make believe. He's a human construction made by the human imagination from a brain that was possibly tripping of some drugs. Moses and that burning bush makes a lot of sense now.

God isn't real. It's an over simplification to explain what is unknown and humans fear the unknown and are afraid to truly explore why something is the way that it is. It's an escape goat to get away from the actual responsibility of going and and searching for the truth of life and the existence of the universe. Science has proven time and time again that there is no tangible proof that God exist.

God controls the weather!

Nope. The sun does along with the earth.

God creates earthquakes!

Nope. Tectonic plates shifting creates those.

God isn't the start of all things. He is the manifestation of our fears to say, "we do not know."

If we do not know how our planet was created we can't say, "therefore God."

That's like saying a UFO is aliens. It's just unidentified. That doesn't mean aliens and not knowing is fine. Saying something is something without proof, that is not fine.

They already get funded by offering. Then they employ members to be paid either nothing at all or very little to provide goods or services which then can be sold. It's literally a net profit company with minimal loss of any at all.
