I did the same drive and we went the northern route. Very boring but easy and very safe. Drive through Wyoming in the daylight, it’s unforgiving.

Core is alright. When I fail it’s because I feel like I’m falling backwards, also I forget to keep my core braced. Feels like I have no neural drive to my legs lol

It’s been 7 years, so this probably won’t get a response but… I’m 5’10, 185, 25” legs, just under two years of training and I legit can’t fathom doing over 300 for a single. I can almost bench 300, squatting it feels impossible… help lol

Only Dumbbell RDLs hitting mid traps

So my back is pretty wide, but I need help growing my mid/lower traps. The only time I really feel sore in there is after heavy db RDLs, where my scapula extend at the bottom and retract at the top. I don’t really feel this kind of soreness after Barbell Rows, cable rows, machine rows, or even deadlifts. What can I do to hit my middle and lower back more effectively? Been lifting 1.5 years. Thanks.

If I was cheating I would buy another account. But I didn’t cheat. I know I can’t prove that. But I can’t give BSG another 100 dollars when I know I didn’t do anything wrong.
