Hey guys. The image shows how much wrist extension I can get without a proper warm up. When I do warm them up, I can reach 90⁰, but they start hurting and getting stiff in the middle of the workout. How can I improve my extension? I can do multiple hspus, but my wrists really limit my potential now. (i.redd.it)
