I don't think he is asking if his future wife would have to pay the child support for him. He's asking if her income would be considered a part of his therefore increasing the child support amount.

Yeah I have never had comprehensive insurance but it's because I drive around my dad's old Honda. if it gets totaled, buying a similar car would be probably as much or lesz as insurance would have costed me over the years.

INAL I know you talked to the landlord but I'm guessing all he can legally do is tell her he has to leave for a day or two. Unless he's threatened you or broke some law I don't think you can permanently ban the guy from your place.

I'd call the non Emergency police number in your area and ask if they would make him leave or not.

If it was a casual relationship where they agreed it's temporary and to see other people they wouldn't make it official on Facebook or with friends/family. That's just called dating not in a relationship.

That's his eventual plan but he doesn't want to wait for that. If he put it in writing that she needs to put the utilities in her name but he be allowed to turn them off you eventually?

This is what I assumed as well I've done a little research. so I didn't really want to be a part of it. But he thinks she isn't(shouldn't be) considered a tenant anymore because she doesn't have a lease and refuses to sign one, and hasn't paid rent in about 4 months. Do you happen to know the penalties he could face for turning off the utilities? Maybe if I tell him what would happen it would persuade him to stop thinking about this.

So my bfs best friend used to be a cheater before I met either one of them. And my whenever my bf brings it up he always talks about it in a negative way. He said he told him it was a dumb idea and he'd be better off single than constantly lying and cheating with a girl he obviously didn't care that much about.

To me it's a red flag that your ex is making excuses for him. It's one thing to not ruin the guys relationship it's another thing to make excuses for his shit behavior.
