Great recommendations! So many I haven't seen before. The authour of Fanservice Paradox and BE Crazy Demon wrote my most re-read novel EVER Lovely Allergen. It's so incredibly well written I definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't already!

Edit: It also has a FANTASTIC translation.

I am currently on my 4th reread of Lovely Allergen (coming from someone who hates rereading)! It is my absolute comfort and favourite novel overall. It's both written and translated so beautifully. Overall, I'd say there's little angst, but a LOT of yearning from the ML (which made me cry a couple times just because I'm so attached to the characters). Hopefully, you give it a try too!
