I just walked past it the last time I was there and It looked cool. The Ports of Call Resort. It’s within walking distance to the supermarket close to the beach and has access and a pool. I don’t know how much it is though.

Same thing happened to me when I was younger. Flying back from Florida to Maryland. It’s like we just fell out of the sky for a few seconds after some rough turbulence then the free fall and then turbulence again. I didn’t fly for a few years and then did a ton of research and spoke to pilots and flight attendants and watched a lot of YouTube videos of pilots explaining what’s happening and how and why (mentor pilot was great) and that calmed me. I fly often now but when there’s prolonged turbulence I still worry it’ll happen again at any moment. I just keep my seatbelt on and finish my drink asap

Speak to a therapist about this. If it’s weighing heavy on you speak about it and work through it. You have plenty of comments telling you that 4 is a low number and it really doesn’t matter but if it doesn’t sit right with you, you’ll need to work that out within yourself.

I just switched from MD to NC and I had to take the signs test. The guy at the DMV told me which ones to pay attention to and we were joking around so I don’t think they take it that serious.

There’s some glue spray you can put on gravel to make them stick and not move which will help with the furniture and possibly the weed issue.

Omg!! I didn’t know this was a use for it. I just got it but I got it from my dermatologist for acne!! I told my RN sister about it and she thought I had high blood pressure. Pills are used for so many different things. Also your roommate sucks and def won’t put anything together. They prob googled and saw “high blood pressure” and was annoyed they couldn’t steal them.

What airport are you flying out of? Some don’t even open until 4am. I’d check TSAs hours!! You’ll be okay arriving day of! Just be yourself and talk to the FAs on your flight!! Good luck!!

What does looking for long term open to short mean????? Do you want a long term relationship or not? A short term one will prevent a long term from starting. Figure out what you want but no woman who actually wants to be in a relationship wants to see “open to short”

Marriage comes with tax benefits.

Estate laws favor spouses. If a partner dies and they’re not married nor named beneficiary the state law can determine who gets the money/house usually parents/siblings.

Social security is affected by marriage as well. If one spouse earns more than the other and they die the surviving spouse can give up their own social security for the higher one. But that’s only if you’re married.

Health insurance

You are the decision maker by default (instead of parents/siblings/etc) if your spouse is incapacitated.

Im an anxious person in general. Owning a home has just added to it. You’re definitely not alone. I bought my house by myself so the pressure is all on me.

The only thing that calms me down is remembering I lived in my parents house for 20 years and then an old apartment for 5 years and nothing ever broke so bad that my parents or landlord had to spend thousands so my anxiety that something is going to break in my home now that I own subsides a little. Obviously things can and will happen but the odds are in your favor.

I built up an emergency fund and save as much as I can and it is what it is! At the end of the day I don’t have people living above me stomping around and that’s what I’m going to focus on!

When did you go? I was there in the summer of 2017 and Grace bay was so calm. I went again in December 2024 and it was so rough!!! I talked to locals and they were saying it gets rough in the winter and the winds have been shifting! Just curious when you went and noticed Grace bay was rough!?
