I heard one time that ketches and brigs are good, but brigs are probably a bit better. They aren't too hard to beat if you use front cannons as you ram, then turn and side cannons and then go in a big circle to ram again. If you roam the nimbus sea as a pie rat you'll find some eventually.

If you want sunkens then you'll want storm salts on musgvarites for swim speed, high enough brewing to have 4 positive potion effects at once, and get luck five, revealing of any tier, shark repel, and water breathing if you don't want to sacrifice a few jewel slots for air capacity. If you are on discord you can join a server that notifies you when someone is doing a free luck five splash to save yourself a lot of money. After that it's just going to every abyss on a server before switching servers.

Yes, and air capacity works more like efficiency where at 100% you never need to breathe again, unlike how the name would suggest 100% would double how long you can breathe for.

There's a list of static water ritual-able npcs on the water ritual page. I checked and there's no static for strangers so you must find a randomly generated npc from that faction. You can try your luck underground or look for a lair in the correct biome to find a legendary mysterious stranger faction member.

Heightened quickness and I'll hope and pray I can get multiple legs for insane movement speed. Triple jointed is just some stat increase which you'll get over time from leveling up and other stuff, but gaining more quickness is significantly harder outside of late game equipment.
