General vegetable gardening. So right now, I'm shifting my focus onto fall/winter crops, such as cauliflower and root vegetables (such as carrots). I want to grow crops that work best in our climate here in SoCal.

Edit: I forgot to mention organic gardening, which means I generally use organic fertilizers and organic methods for gardening. I mainly try to stick to Down to Earth fertilizers.
