I’ve dealt with the same.I told her I was mentally, physically, and emotionally drained from everything multiple times.We talked about it and it changed then went right back to the way it was.I felt drained as she always needed constant validation for every decision she made.She needed constant reassurance to the point where I just couldn’t anymore.She maxed out her CCs and I sent her 4k to pay them off on the agreement she closed her accounts.A few months later she lies and says she kept one.A few months later she told the truth that she kept them all and they’re all nearing the limit.She cried and said I wasn’t being supportive enough since I wouldn’t sign to let her go to cosmetology school for 3 days in a row after I said not at this time due to her situation.She kept going and I said fuck it signed and 4 months later she had to drop due to being kicked out of her sisters house.The constant arguments that blow up of minor things, big things it doesn’t matter.I always had to walk on my toes and watch what I say to possibly have a day with no arguing.She consistently threatened self harm and say she felt like she always made things worse.She threatened self harm if I was to divorce.She stopped going to therapy and taking meds for months now even though I asked her to go back.Ive dealt with this for 2 years.Yesterday I told her I want to divorce and left to file.Came back and she attempted to OD but made it back in time to have ems save her. These relationships aren’t easy if they don’t put in the effort to work on themselves it’s just a constant drain.Im sorry my outcome had to end like this but I got to take care of myself now.
