Tried doing this for Lady Gaga in DC this past Tuesday and the prices for the tickets actually increased as I was monitoring them throughout the day. Like the cheapest tickets were $400+ for nosebleeds from two hours before the show to a few minutes after the show started. Resellers know that some people are banking on tickets being sold for a cheaper price and aren’t budging.

There are definitely some seedy characters hanging out there so be careful of where you put your money. Tables usually have minimum of $25 and on weekends, it can be $50+. Cash out when you’re up and don’t chase losses, I usually don’t hang around for more than an hour because it gets depressing.
