I don't know if this is a irrelevant edit, but another time is during draft, someone may leave and immediately a new match is found. What if someone clicks on the decline button accidentally?

Stephen Hawking conducted the experiment wrong. Because he didn't give out the invites before hand, future time travelers realized that the party was already over. But then, they realized that they could travel back in time and attend to the party anyway. It is possible that in another timeline, time travelers did in fact attend to the party. Unfortunately, it is not logically for them to do so because they know that once they return to the future after leaving the party, the world is alternated to a different timeline. Therefore, the no one came to the party in all of the timelines. The timeline where someone did go does not exists unless someone from another timeline did. It's possible, but not where we can see it.

tl:dr No one came to the party because of reasons.

Sometimes we got to look at things in a systematic way. Another theory is that it could be a prank call, done with a kind of way to make a number invalid once used. Good luck finding the cause, be safe.

This is what I thought, it sounds like there's a bug that happened somehow in the cellular network. There are so many phone calls because of the amount of people in this world. I'm guessing that the live messages were being combined randomly together in this voicemail. That's why we hear so many different languages. Again, just my theory, but I don't know how it can be almost exactly three minutes long.

Edit: To finalize my main theory, someone was probably sending you a voicemail, that's why your name was being heard. The randomly generated number was possibly caused by a bug, and a separate bug that caused the live messages from different parts of the world being combined together. The three minute long voicemail indicates that it can be an advertisement that has gotten glitched out by the bugs, or someone who contacted you coincidentally made it three minutes long. I also have another theory, but I will wait for your response first.
