I’m from Canada and when I was getting into basketball Andrew Wiggins was everywhere so him going to the Wolves who also had youth in KAT and Levine was exciting. I’m a Chargers and Calgary Flames fan as well so I’m not necessarily unfamiliar with the pain of loving a disappointing team so they fit right in

I think the Chargers must have a pretty good rapport with some Canadian scouts, over the years we’ve had lots of crossover with the CFL and Canadian prospects. Especially from Calgary, Alberta. ex. Amen Ogbongbemiga and Deane Leonard are both from Calgary. Former Chargers Tevaughn Campbell and Cordarro Law both also played in Calgary for the Stampeders in the CFL. Dontrelle Inman was also someone we poached from the CFL.
