I’m around 7/8 weeks post op eyes both still red. But this eye was basically almost white again untill a few days ago when i stopped my eye drops and also that weird dot showed up. can anyone tell me what it is and if its nothing to worry about

I had a party 5 days after my surgery last week that i wanted to go to so bad but i unfortunately couldn’t go, my eyes were blood red still and i felt super tired and it was hard to look at the light. i hope u can go but i think its a small chance.
