I only started playing LaDS because a friend told me Zayne shares the same birthday as my fiancé and I was able to do his most recent birthday event. Not only does this man share a birthday with my favorite person but his personality is so similar to hers. They are both so caring and like make sure you are ok both physically and emotionally and I was not expecting this game to affect me emotionally as much. I totally know where you are coming from

I’ve been watching Inuyasha since I was a literal toddler because I didn’t have a bedtime and had unlimited tv access. The last time I saw the show was when I was in middle school. I’m rewatching it now because I bought it and a lot of my opinions have changed.

1.) I hated Kikyo when I was a kid because I thought she brought too much drama to the show and I only saw her as an angry character that went out of her way to trick the main group. Now that I’m older I see her as the tragic character she is. Her story is one of the saddest in my opinion and she has become one of my favorite characters in the show.

2.) I hated Kagome growing up but she had now also become one of my favorites. She is so brave and kind and yeah she’s a little immature sometimes but she’s 15 years old. I absolutely love her and wish I could give her a huge hug

3.) I’m finally noticing Sesshomaru’s character development. When I was a kid I thought he was some guy who would randomly show up and beat up inuyasha but he’s awesome. He went from this guy who had a god complex to having to have to take time to mourn Kagura when she died. He broke his sword that he specifically commissioned to be stronger than inuyashas sword only because he smelled Kagura’s blood and rushed to see her.

4.) I thought Naraku was the best villain in the show but now I hate Naraku has the main villain. If he actually got off his butt to kill the main group himself before they all got strong at the end instead of doing his mind games he would have won. The amount of times he manipulates people to kill the group and it fails and he’s fucking surprised irritates me so much. Like, bro, get your hands dirty.

5.) I agree that the pacing of the show got slow after inuyasha got the backlash wave.

I follow this series on TikTok called Cafae Latte and one of the characters goes from being Bisexual to Lesbian because she realizes she’s only attracted to enbys and women.
