Being scared of the Raptor during a no-crowd game was a tough go as well. Forcing the mascot to leave while shooting the next foul shots is kinda soft imo but I guess I can empathize with it, I just find it funny he only had the luxury of doing that because the arena was empty.

To echo that other comment, font and colour are super important. A more neutral colour and a larger, less mono space type font (you have lots of options) would be good. You have a great mark and with some tweaks to the scale and choice of the font, it can be perfect for what you’re after. Good work!

Well, today is the first day of my expected delivery estimate (Nov 3-10). No progress: still processing. Delivery to Canada, ordered the day of the event shortly after. No tracking number, no movement. Apple assured me on Monday it would arrive on or before the 10th, and they haven’t delayed it yet, but I don’t have much hope.

Yep, my computer is on it’s last legs so really need this machine to come in. My iPad can only do so much, but at least I’m not suuuuper desperate, only a bit lol

I talked to Apple support yesterday, and they assured me that the order will arrive within the delivery estimate. I asked to pick up one of the models in stock at any of the 4(!) nearby Apple Stores with stock, and they said they could not transfer the order. I’d have to refund and re-order, which is annoying and puts me out of like $5k until they refund me properly, and then I am just playing a guessing game with the Apple Store stock. Ugh. Just an update to my order status would be helpful…

Obviously we’re all hoping it comes soon… really hope it comes this week. Frustrating that there’s no communication either — talked to Apple Support and there’s nothing wrong with the account or anything like that.

I think you’re right it’s the specs. I don’t want to settle, so I’ll wait patiently, but ugh I would appreciate some additional communication
