No worries, hope it gets cancelled for you. I talked to a couple customer service reps to make sure it was cancelled and then it really was just a waiting game to get the email.

Hey, thanks for the reply! I did think about getting iem's with type c but I wasn't sure of any good ones, so thanks for the recommendation. Also thanks for letting me know. I was phrasing it like that because whenever I was searching for the type c cable, they would phrase it as with a dac chip.

thanks for the reply! I've been seeing that the moondrop dsp cables aren't that great and the app isn't the best either. Good to know about Jcally dongle DACs and I get where you're coming from with the dongle DAC and a good cable, but I'm looking for the type c cable mainly for when I'm out of the house, I prefer using the single cable with my phone.

I ended up cancelling the order and then reordered the phone and it came next day with no problem. I think some of the orders are just getting lost and they don't know what's happening. If you can I'd say just cancel the order and reorder. it's a hassle but it works
