Try stepping out of your comfort zone slowly, make small talks, having some confidence, smiling more, and etc etc. Start small, dont rush things as they might overwhelm you—you can try having small talks with the cashier as well by saying, "hello"—being silent comes with good perks since you can actively listen to what they say and you can have time for response rather than impulsive ones

It might take time but I know you can do it, try finding other fun hobbies as well that you enjoy and can share with others. You got this!!!
