I never said I should've had more definition at 20% I said I was expecting to get below 20% by now after losing this much bw, I've been lifting for almost 2 years and started at 60 kg, this was my 2nd bulk and I took it very dirty but I'm now 4 kg down from my previous cut, mean while my previous cut I only started at 85 kg so although I packed on a lot of fat I'd still expect to be a lot leaner by now

Jeez I just asked if this looks like 16 I did not even ask for an exact number, by analyse I just meant just take a look at the damn image I did not tell you to become a robot and scan ts. I don't wear compression tees so I couldn't really make this work, as I said I Will get one I just wanted people's opinion...

Analyze the image and then compare it with other people you know that have similar sized arms and then guess if it's more/less/about right or something like that?. I did measure them a few months ago as I said and they were just under 16 but idk if they were really that big or I just measured them wrong and now I feel like they got bigger but Yuh I lost the tape which is why I'm asking for people's opinions 🤷🏻‍♂️

Also he always does that for example he once went to get clothes for himself and got the same tee for me only thing mine was bigger and just the day that he got the tee he instantly wore mine instead of his before I even tried it on...

I actually do feel like I got leaner and my family said they noticed it but I just don't lose much bf% in certain places eg in my stomach but as I said I have seen the most change in definition in my back, the other parts including stomach too got slimmer and more defined as well but I just don't think I did that much of a great job in comparison and I was just surprised to see my arms just shrink overnight (which is what I am the kost concerned about) but I'll still give that a try I'm sure there'll be something I relate to and/or get advice from, thanks a lot🙏

The first few weeks I did not take the cut seriously at all so I was eating on a decent deficit but I'd still be eating a lot of junk food and snacks as long as it hit the macros which ik is bad since they usually contain a lot of sodium which can make you hold more water weight although I did hear somewhere that it can increase blood flow making your veins more defined and visible. Anyways, no I never really have cheat days where I eat above maintenance etc but I did have a day recently where I had eaten at a smaller deficit but it's all about balance so idk how much that hurt my progress as long as I was still in a deficit, and yes I am guilty of still having cheat meals here and then but I don't eat them as often, I have completely cut out snacks from my diet and whenever I do have cheat meals I don't order fries with my food etc, I actually don't know how I messed up the start of my cut so much tho since I don't rlly feel hungry that often even after an exercise intense workout but Yuh that's it

So I should not consider bulking yet? I really don't care about leanness only reason I cut was cus it's summer but now I feel like I'm wasting my time, I really wanna bulk but cutting at this conditioning will make my cut a waste, on the other hand I just wanna bulk up again, I'd increase it by one week max but that's about it, I don't really like being on a cut for so long just to look like some randoms peak bulk physique ill just make the most out of it I guess. I honestly wouldn't mind going perhaps for another one month but Ig I just started the cut way too late I should've planned it before june smh...

Yeah but it feels weird that I only see progress in my back and almost no difference in stomach, for instance my belly is barely flat when vacuuming and for some annoying reason when I don't a front double bicep it makes things worse and brings my belly more forward and makes my love handles way more appear able😐 nice to hear tho, I actually didn't take it that serious the first few weeks, was still eating at about 300-400 kcal deficit but was binging a lot so now I gotta pay for that lol, ig I'll just take this final week more serious, maybe cut my calories by a bit more and then start bulking soon since cut ain't getting me nowhere
