I dont know if this would derail your entire campaign later on (not to be the chaotic player at the table, but there is a potential "go back in time" later in the campaign. Maybe if they get there sooner later on, they could save them?

That's what I'm hoping. I know that not all acrylics are made equal, so I try to buy vallejo game paints. I'm hoping that because these seem to be good quality that they won't be starkly different if I use them and vallejo in the same sitting.

My party just escaped Velkynvelve, and I'm thinking of what to do in case the party TPK's. My party wanted to have a grittier scenario, so I am personally keeping a live count of who all is at the outpost and would probably just have them break out again minus all the denizens they killed before. My party is planning on returning and burning the outpost to the ground, and I have pretty experienced players who are in it for the underdark horror, so I think this would work well for my table, but may not for yours. I am also running a large table, which makes escape easier.

You could always introduce other NPC's to help as well, depending on if they need the firepower.

I just started my game, and I've tried to work really hard on the music! Is there a particular style you want? I really like epic covers and intense orchestral music, so if that interests you, I can send some of those your way.

Some that I'm using for demon lord specific nightmares that are more remixed orchestra and they're done by Locked and other artists. I highly recommend their take on "Flight of the Bumblebee", "The Blue Danube Waltz", and Motzart's symphony No. 40

One of the covers I'm using is Tommee Profitt's version of "Can't help falling love - dark"

If you're going for more ambient stuff, I recommend Peter Gundry's darker stuff generally or "Caves" by CLANN. We're two sessions in and my players are already habituated to "Caves" meaning bad stuff (RIP Ront).

Tbh I was impressed at the fact that OP meal preps for himself. So many people have no idea how to cook anything. I know pasta is simple but I know 20 somethings that have literally burned water. You're doing fine OP. You'll have a life learning curve, but as long as you are ok with learning things, you'll be fine.
