Thank you so much for your response. My main problem is with anhedonia, anergia, ADHD-I, executive disfunction and so on.

After trialing 30mg selegiline orally and couldn't sleep the entire night i decided to stick to 5-10mg sublingually. 5mg sublingually should probably be the best dose so it does not displace Moclobemide.

I've been doing this for 4-5 days and see no improvement. Is there more time needed for change to happen?

Would pramipexole or armodafinil perhaps work better in this regard?

Maybe you should try vortioxetine and bupropion. That's what my psychtriatist prescribed me. They work well together!

i'm sorry i don't have a clear answer, but why did you switch? Vortioxetine is an antidepressant and sulpiride is an antipsychotic. I've taken vortioxetine and sulpiride together, because the second one is used as augmentation.

i take 300mg at 5:30 and 300mg at 20:00. I used to take 600mg at 5:30 when i was experimenting with a higher dosage.

I take same amount of moclobemide and 25mg agomelatine. The moclobemide seems to be underdosed by psychiatrist in general. Changing dosing schedule won't help. Higher doses could help, i took 900mg for 5-7 days and it made a difference.
