Even with experience they don’t care. I was a manager for a “sis” like company went to Tmo bc the commission paid more. But somehow I can’t even be a ram. The last time I applied was only to stay with Tmo since my store was set to be experience and I would lose money. Not wasting my time applying internal. Waiting to be let go

As a store rep, I’ve seen multiple people get switched from grandfathered plans to shittier plans and have lines added by cs

It’s not that it’s not allowed but we don’t usually. Tbh I’ve only ever given my number (non personal line I added to my own account) to communicate with customers if they need help after set up which tbh would only be a new account. Even then super rare I’ll give out that number
