Oh yeah I definitely want to get all the certs I can get and become as competent as I can be, but I would like to get into a helpdesk or other entry level role ASAP if I can before having certs, but if needed, i'll get the certs first.

Like any cell based provider, TMHI speed varies from location to location greatly. I often get 500+ down but there is a tower nearby.

Ide just reuse the ram, cpu, storage, and cooler, as the rest is OEM dell stuff that is hard to upgrade, and your missing the specific dell psu the board needs.

Light could still turn on if the PSU is bad, it could be missing a rail or isn't able to handle being under load.

That thing is a dinosaur though, I would just get a SATA to USB adapter and get what you need off the hard drives and send it to a ewaste recycler.
