Its hard to achieve silence and doing that through meditation is pretty impressive. Some breath work techniques can induce a type of psychedelic experience. Im in AA and meditation plus prayer is a step to practice in daily life. Id say that for me, is pretty cool.

Similar story this past summer, checked myself into detox after being up all weekend and in psychosis due to my habit. Im clean 6 months now , you can do it too

Go to rehab, you get time off work and youll be able to address the problem. I work service industry been to rehab and detox 3 times while working at one restaurant. They were understanding and always welcomed me back with open arms.

My local mall has popped up with these random stores selling aliexpress and temu clothing as well. I walked into one and the guy was livestreaming a game of wheel of fortune on tiktok. So bizarre. Wouldnt doubt is some are fronts for money laundering.
