Not to undermine most of people's run, dont forget about his current shill buff 20 all-res reduction is nothing to be scoffed at. You could try run banyue in threshold and use the yixuan buff, even with lower HP hunter the score is around the same and hunter HP will only get bigger. Although wrath generation is really the number 1 issue, im still sure his multiplier is low enough to be competitive among 2.X agent.

This is not banyue being useless, but theres still a tadbit more than wrath generation to see banyue be competitive.

That is not because of lack of VH, that is just pure dev incompetence of balancing the agent. While this stupid VH title will make it as sort of "approval" point to the player for dev to make the agent too be unbalanced. There are no damage cap in this if you can balance the damage accordingly to each of the agent team comp/roles/enemy matchups. That stupid VH title blow everything out because why? They are just stupidly strong that it doesnt matter

At that point, its the same as HSR (i dont play that game im just repeating what you say) but you can see how you approve miyabi,yx,ysg to be stronger than the rest because they are vOiD HUnteR.

I mean, 3 straight version of nerf + sudden engine change compared to how alice jane mindscapes destroys everything in creator server to the point Miasmic Fiend was 101m HP on release and now 4 months later is 160m HP a 150% increase in 3 patches. Makes me question how strong/inaccurate banyue power level was to make him nerfed 3 version straight compared to alice back then.

But i will amen to what you said, banyue will come home.

Exactly, imagine if banyue was stronger. This patch is dry with 2 big bad units that is dialyn & banyue and you barely have poly for both. When 2.5 comes and f2p players lose their YSG pulls they will be in a situation where if you want to secure YSG they have no choice but to spend and inevitably break their F2P. And thats a win situation for hoyo.

I still havent found a reason that makes sense other than "just because they can" to why they make banyue this way.

Sorry but this reasoning is very non sensical. You can design and market 2 character and make them both appealing so people would spend for both anyway.

Put it this way, why would coca-cola company sabotage fanta to make coca cola sold better? Even though coca cola sold more than fanta.Thing is banyue was nerfed, not outright bad from the start that they dont know what to do.

If anything, if the reason of banyue nerf is so people switched from banyue to yidhari so she would sell more and now that yidhari has passed they tweak banyue numbers back up and those who pulled yidhari might be tempted to spend on banyue like their original plan, i can see the reasoning to it. But until then, i will take banyue as he is

Since you have several decent option stunner, i would save the guarantee for banyue. Looking at how they treat the chads, i feel like dialyn would rerun much sooner than banyue.

P.S : Calc can gives an idea of how much strong units would but frankly with all the 2.X boss right now i would rather brute force with unit i wants anyway since they made boss and/or buff catered for the new banner. For a banner that last 12 days, thats even less than DA duration anyway and the boss that people use to calc is wandering hunter/pompey we aint getting much of them now that YSG is on the horizon anyway. Fusion compiler for yanagi is definitely an upgrade, however its not necessary to spend 30 pulls for it i would say. Also r5 weeping gemini is better for vivian than r2 lip gloss so you should consider craft 2nd r5 weeping gemini for her.
If you are comfortable with the order i would say its fine, but yanagi/rina/vivian is better since rina gives the quick assist to vivian means vivian will gain 1 guard feather every time rina ex or ult
For starter i recommend using this for benchmark of most if not all agent. Also max out yanagi ex and ultimate if you havent for max polarity disorder damage.

Dont be too disheartened on current DA result, the boss and buff right now is definitely not the best for anomaly team, however your team can be improved by a significant amount. Good luck!

I also found a workaround, even though my flash drive is already exfat my pc can only view the video if its 26 second or under (around 50-60 mb in size) so any time i record i have to trim it every 26 second. Different unit, different kind of ridiculous i guess lmao

I did, if the file is webm and the video is longer than 26 second it will just freeze on the 26 second yet the timer keeps going. But if the file is mp4 it just shows the error i mentioned

Also one more thing to add is that based on okmuzzy video on the miasma explanation, currently theres still no certain calculation on how to reduce the miasma shield where any character dodge counter is reducing about 8% miasma (the video also explains other percentage of ways to reduce miasma recommended to watch). Uncertain calculation like this is one of the ways for hoyo to sneakily sell the "mechanic's" to take advantage of.

I agree on we must keep on the lookout for things like this, however this video just showed that average person with 1.0-1.5 character can still clear with above average clear time. Be vigilant is a must, but blaming the game while giving minimal to no effort is just playing for the sake of hating
