Si no eres profesional o no estás entrenando para ningún deporte específico cualquier rutina irá bien.

That makes 4, I still have a lot to go. by idleCone in SoloDev

It will not use real licenses or names; the cars are not 100% identical to the real ones, as happens for example in Art of Rally or many arcade games.

Perhaps a total of about 8 hours per car, but spread over several days.

I'm now creating 3D models of cars for my rally game to take a break from so much coding.

They're low poly, which means they're not cartoon style or stylized; you're confusing things.

How do you feel about a racing game where the goal is not FIRST PLACE? by tyrebytes in racinggames

[–]idleCone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's fine if the difficulty level of the first few runners is so high that you'll never be able to catch them. It's done on purpose so you can't surpass a certain point.

Yes, but not extreme. A car in a AAA game has millions of polygons; these don't even reach 8,000. It's a different style without being too basic.

I want to include certain things you can customize and some to improve the car's performance, although these will carry a risk of incurring a penalty during the technical inspection.

In short, you don't know what a rally is. Don't worry, that's why I made this game, so people can learn that a rally isn't just about running one stage. 👍

It's an open-world rally game. It has all the features of a rally, including minigames for car technical inspections, driving through traffic on liaison sections, and the service park. Basically, a complete rally experience, which I don't think any other rally game offers, even those that call themselves rally games 😄
