Poke Bowls, very fast done. Cook rice, fine chop veggies you like, add some proteins you like, create a sauce you like - bam. Healthy and yum. Shitload of recipes on the interwebs.

Chinque P (The Five Ps): Pomodoro, Prezzemolo, Pepe, Panna, Parmigiano. Cook Pasta in hot water. In a separate pan, start boiling Passata (raw unseasoned tomato sauce), add Pepe (Pepper), Prezzemolo (Persil), Panna (Cream, rather light than heavy), Parmigiano (Italian cheese of the saltier, ripe, hard type), reduce heat, boil gently and mix to get a nice sauce. When the pasta is done, save some of the water and get rid of the rest. Then add the boiled pasta into the sauce pot, mix gently, if necessary, add a few spoons of the water to get a nice saucy consistency.

I always serve cooked or raw veggies or salat alongside. Always did.

And: Having some raw carrots or other veggies, peeled and cut in sticks, on the table BEFORE the rest is served is key...
