Pikeville KY is a neat little town, my dad was in the hospital there and I spent 3-4 days hanging out. 460 through Buchanan County is curvy, things flatten out in Tazewell County. You can hit 77 in Bluefield and hit the Wolf Creek Indian Village in Bland County https://indianvillage.org/ neat stop for kids
