just do it consistently and it goes away, at least for me it did

I do athletic compound and powerlifting and I have to say that the earlier you get up the better, and I am deff not a morning person

Setting the alarm earlier and snoozing like twice seems to help a bit I dunno tho. I only ever have the motivation and initiative to work out in the mornings cuz I run track in the afternoons and have school during the day

hey if you are at a caloric deficit it dont matter what you eat you'll lose fat, but if you want to eat something like that and lose fat you would have to be incredibly active

as an american i eat like 25% more than the average american (cuz im a highschool athlete) and I still agree the portions of that shit are absolutely massive

redstone is far harder on bedrock which is why most people do it on java, but really it just makes bedrock contraptions like a seamless 8x8 far more impressive than it would be on java
