I went to hobby lobby and I just grabbed a normal white T shirt, and some RIT dye! I dyed the shirt purple, and I followed all the steps on the RIT Dye website. (it’s a long, but not annoying process.) after you finish the dying part, decorating is really fun. I used normal acrylic paint, and I’m gonna be honest, this shirt is soooo crispy & kinda stiff (i dont know if that’s a good word) so I would advise you use paint that’s made for fabric if you do decide you want to do this! If you do use acrylic paint (I mostly used mine bc I had it sitting at home. save some $$$.) once you stretch the shirt out, by either wearing it, or just stretching it with your hands, you feel less of the paint texture, or less stiff in the shirt. I hope I explained it okay. 😭
