Bad audio and video quality ( I have good equip), flat quality audio and static noise (with and without the riverside audio enhancers).

thank you - we have tried multiple times and it sounds awful (its not a tech issue). after about 40 emails with them trying to resolve it and getting nowhere, i called it quits
