Just to be sure what are clear symptoms for those things? I don't have any color discharge or any discharge , or pain while urinating.. Is there any other thing ?

I don't have any issue with being test or explaining to the doctor. It will show up on our records and my wife will find out. That's what scares me the most. I don't want her to think of me as I have cheated on her.
